MRPA has developed a new Facility Management Academy. The Academy is designed to provide facility managers with best practice methods and skills to develop and manage buildings and special use facilities, including diverse outdoor and indoor areas. The program curriculum challenges facility managers to: (a) develop a business mindset and promote the facility value to the customer; and (b) be innovative in the use of technology, human capital, management practices, and other resources to enhance operational efficiencies.
